The group had been working with an environmental consultancy to produce annual carbon reports but found the process slow, expensive, and lacking in analytical depth. They sought a data-driven, technology-led solution that could streamline reporting, improve accuracy, and unlock actionable insights for ongoing carbon management.
SOLUTION
Anvil deployed its Carbon Analytics module to establish consistent carbon reporting and mitigation standards across the group such as:
• Developed a verified Scope 1 & 2 emissions baseline (ISO-14064-3 compliant)
• Identified opportunities to consolidate energy supply, adopt green tariffs, and decarbonise the transport fleet
• Extended analysis to Scope 3 emissions, covering waste, catering, outsourced transport, and supplies
• Implemented the Project Management module to track emissions savings, support internal comms, and facilitate statutory reporting
