BACKGROUND
Our client is one of the top independent oil and gas operators in Europe with more than 800 people overseeing the production of 50 million barrels of oil equivalent per year.

A newly appointed head of procurement set an objective to enhance cost management and establish a value creation programme to support the company’s rapid expansion. However, the procurement team faced several hurdles:
